Artes y las Ciencias (Art and Science area) amidst
spacious gardens makes it one of the most highly
recommended restaurants in the area.
Its menu combines the essence of the cuisine of the eastern coast of Spain (seasonal vegetables, salads and select rice recipes) with dishes representing a more modern and innovative cuisine. Some appetizing suggestions are the Tomato Carpaccio with Foie Gras, Prawns and Spinach strips with Mushroom sauce, or the Tuna Log marinated in soya and served with a cream of pulses. The dessert menu includes its own house desserts, with the exceptional Chocolate and Walnut Supreme with Lemon Verbena Cream. There is also a special children’s menu. All of this, together with the wine menu, which includes many local wines and a friendly and obliging service make it an ideal restaurant for those who like the traditional cuisine of the region but with a modern touch.
